Types of sessions: Individuals or groups or both: Groups
What Resources and instruments (including guitar) are on site: A couple guitars onsite as well as a glockenspiel and a few hand percussion instruments
Number of hours per week: 1
Number of sessions per week: 1
Proposed Wage for Accredited Music Therapists: Minimum $60/h: $60-75 (to be negotiated with VCH staff)
Start Date: ASAP
Job Summary:
Weekly groups for all detox and transitional housing residents. This is a subcontract position for a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of renewal. As a newer program, there is lots of room for flexibility, creativity, and growth.
